These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ji29 platform and all services offered by ji29 in the Philippines. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

ji29 services are available exclusively to players located in the Philippines.
All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) exclusively.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ji29 platform (accessible at ji29.app and all related subdomains and mobile interfaces, collectively the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the ji29 Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting ji29 customer support.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and ji29. The Agreement is written in English, which is the governing language for all interpretations and disputes. If any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.
To open and maintain a ji29 account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
ji29 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card (UMID, driver's licence, passport, or PhilSys card), at any time. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.
Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on the ji29 Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or household accounts in another person's name for the purpose of circumventing limits or obtaining multiple welcome bonuses is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your account details up to date. ji29 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
As required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), ji29 conducts KYC verification on all accounts before processing withdrawals. You are required to submit:
Accounts that remain unverified within thirty (30) days of registration may have their withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji29 login credentials. ji29 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. ji29 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify ji29 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
ji29 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page at the time of the transaction. Currently supported methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and select Visa/Mastercard debit instruments. ji29 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All transactions on the ji29 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). ji29 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency.
The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These thresholds may be adjusted from time to time at ji29's discretion and will be displayed in the cashier.
Verified accounts may submit withdrawal requests at any time. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) banking day. ji29 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks that may extend processing times. Withdrawals will only be disbursed to payment instruments registered in the account holder's own name.
ji29 strictly prohibits deposits from or withdrawals to payment instruments held in a third party's name. Any such transaction will be reversed and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
From time to time, ji29 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general principles apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji29 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
All content on the ji29 Platform — including but not limited to the ji29 brand name, logos, game assets, software, text, images, audio, video, and interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of ji29 or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works based on any ji29 content without express prior written consent from ji29.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji29 shall not be liable for:
ji29's total aggregate liability to any individual User arising from or related to the Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Warning: Online gambling involves real financial risk. You may lose money. ji29 does not guarantee that you will win any amount when using the Platform. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose.
ji29 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ji29 complies with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission. Please review the full Privacy Policy for details on how ji29 handles your data.
ji29 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ji29 will notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.
Your continued use of the ji29 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
These Terms and the entire Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ji29 Platform shall first be submitted to ji29 customer support for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
ji29 is regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players may also direct regulatory complaints to PAGCOR through its official channels.
