For the purposes of Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations, ji29 (accessible at ji29.app) is the personal information controller responsible for the personal data of its registered players and website visitors in the Philippines.

By registering on the ji29 platform or otherwise providing personal information to ji29, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not register an account or use the ji29 platform.

• GCash account number, PayMaya (Maya) account number, or bank account details used for deposits and withdrawals;

• PHP wallet balance and associated transaction metadata.

2.4 Gaming Activity Data

5. Legal Bases for Processing

ji29 processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules:

• Contractual necessity: For all processing required to fulfil ji29's obligations to you as a registered player under the Terms & Conditions;

ji29 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers. Personal data is shared only in the following circumstances:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other approved payment service providers receive the minimum necessary data to process your PHP transactions;
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party identity verification services used in ji29's KYC process, operating under strict data processing agreements;
• Game software providers: JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and other licensed game providers may receive anonymised session identifiers necessary to deliver game content. No directly identifiable personal data is shared with game providers;
• Regulatory authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other Philippine authorities, where required by law or regulatory obligation;

• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of submission, in accordance with RA 9160 (AMLA) requirements;
• Transaction records: Retained for five (5) years from the date of each transaction;
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of last interaction;
• Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent or for three (3) years from the last marketing interaction, whichever is earlier.

Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with NPC-approved data disposal procedures.

9. Data Security Measures

ji29 implements comprehensive technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your browser and ji29 servers;
• AES-256 encryption for sensitive data stored in ji29 databases (including KYC document storage);
• Bcrypt password hashing — ji29 never stores plaintext passwords;
• Multi-factor authentication (2FA) available for all player accounts and required for all ji29 staff with access to personal data;

• Access controls restricting personal data access to authorised ji29 personnel on a need-to-know basis;

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk of serious harm, ji29 will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected players within seventy-two (72) hours of discovery, in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03.

11. Children & Minors

The ji29 platform is strictly for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. ji29 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If ji29 discovers that personal data has been collected from a minor, the account will be immediately suspended, the data will be deleted, and any funds will be dealt with in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has registered on the ji29 platform, please contact ji29 customer support immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

ji29 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, ji29 will:
